People are one of the most important part of a company. After working together for over 20 years in research and development, APS employees focused their efforts on starting a new company together--one with honesty, integrity and a fundamental passion for chemistry. Support staff, technical experts, chemists, production specialists and sales consultants have combined their previous experience and expertise and are devoting their efforts towards feasible and solvable approaches that increase the durability and longevity of products and offer high impact commercialization solutions.

The education of APS experts range from chemistry, polymer and organic, to chemical engineering, biochemistry and business. Prior to working together, our people have come from a variety of professional backgrounds. These include, cosmetic, pharmaceutical, consumer products and solution based services organizations. Although working together for many years in R&D, we come from different positions in this area. Coming together with these different aspects of the business, allows APS to encompass our services as a whole and be a complete technical resource for manufacturers.

The ability to recognize the technical needs of small, medium and large corporations has significantly and successfully contributed to APS' productive relationships with a large variety of organizations.
